We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any purchases.

Exception – Damaged Items in Transit
The only exception to this policy is if your item arrives damaged due to unforeseen circumstances during transit.
If this occurs:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the item and packaging
- Claims will be reviewed, and a resolution will be determined at our discretion
