Incorrect Addresses

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, NATIN2KRAZY is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if needed.



Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
